Privacy Notice

This notice applies to codedhouse.com (the “Website”), operated by Coded House LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States (Entity ID 2026-002065283). Coded House LLC is the controller of the personal data described below. For any privacy question, write to info@codedhouse.com.

The Website is an informational and verification site. It does not require an account, and it does not ask you to connect a wallet. We collect personal data in only one place:

• Contact form. Your name, email address, optional subject line and the content of your message. These are sent to our info@codedhouse.com inbox so that we can reply.
• Anti-abuse record. A short-lived, hashed record of the IP address that submitted a form, kept only to rate-limit repeated submissions. It is not linked to your message and is discarded automatically.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal data.

Like any website, our hosting provider records standard technical request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser user agent). These are generated by the hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting, retained for a short period under the provider's standard retention, and are not used to profile visitors.

Blockchain data is a separate matter from the data above, and we want to be explicit about it.

• Public on-chain data. CodeX (CDX) is deployed on Ethereum Mainnet. Balances, transfers, reserve snapshots and administrative actions are recorded on a public ledger. That data is written by the network, is visible to anyone through a block explorer, and is permanent. Neither Coded House LLC nor anyone else can edit, erase or reverse it — including in response to a deletion request.
• Permissioned off-chain data. Identity and onboarding records collected for regulated activity (for example, know-your-customer and institutional onboarding checks) are held off-chain under access control. Those records are never published on-chain; only cryptographic hashes and aggregate reserve figures are.

The figures shown on our Transparency page are read live from the CodeX contracts at page load. That read is a request for public contract state — it does not transmit any personal information about you.

We process contact-form data to respond to your enquiry and to keep a record of our correspondence — our legitimate interest in operating the business and answering the people who write to us, and, where your message concerns a prospective engagement, to take steps at your request prior to a contract. We process log and rate-limit data on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the Website secure and available. Where we hold onboarding records for regulated activity, we do so to comply with legal obligations that apply to that activity.

Contact-form correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, and is then deleted. Rate-limit records are discarded within minutes. Server logs follow our hosting provider's standard retention. On-chain records cannot be deleted, as described in section 4.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who make the Website work — our hosting and email providers — and with professional advisers, auditors or authorities where we are legally required to do so. Reserve figures are read through a public blockchain data provider; that request is made by our server and carries no visitor information.

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to provide a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. Write to info@codedhouse.com and we will respond within the time your applicable law allows. Please note the limit in section 4: a deletion request can cover our own records, but it cannot remove data already written to a public blockchain.

Coded House LLC is established in the United States, and our hosting and email providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. If you contact us from another country, your message will be transferred accordingly. The Website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and revise the date above. Material changes will be summarised at the top of the page.
